This represents a significant increase compared with the previous month (May 2024) and the same month last year (June 2023).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overview of property transactions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In June 2024, the total value of property transactions in Dubai reached 57,301,033,080 AED, marking a significant increase compared with the previous month and the same month last year. Villas followed with AED 3,013,215,170, or 18.02 %. Flats and hotel rooms, as well as shops and offices, contributed AED 146,308,711 (0.88 %) and AED 80,222,167 (0.48 %) respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These figures show continued strong demand for off-plan properties, particularly flats, which remain a popular choice amongst investors.
