As part of the\u2019\u201cYear of the Community\u201d<\/strong> and the Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum Programme<\/strong>, the Dubai Municipality<\/strong> has just unveiled a bold initiative: \u201cHome First\u201d<\/strong>, a system designed to to strengthen family cohesion and make it easier to get on the property ladder<\/strong> for residents, particularly Emirati families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This programme forms part of a broader vision, namely that of The Dubai 33 Social Agenda<\/strong>, which places social stability and harmonious urban development at the heart of the emirate\u2019s priorities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A more spacious and flexible home<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With \u201cHome First\u201d, Dubai City Council is introducing new town planning and building regulations<\/strong> which enable families to make the most of their residential land, particularly in suburban areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
