The Dubai Fitness Challenge is back for a new series of the 1 to 30 November 2025, with a simple and universal aim: 30 minutes of physical activity a day for 30 days. Launched in 2017 on the initiative of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, this movement has become a unmissable annual event for residents and visitors alike.
