Six Senses: The project in partnership with Select Group
Six Senses has unveiled plans for a new residential development in Dubai, scheduled for completion in July 2028. This project is the result of a collaboration with Select Group. It introduces Six Senses Dubai Marina, a 122-storey residential tower set to become the world’s tallest in its category upon its opening.
The continuation of a fruitful collaboration
This new development marks the second partnership between Six Senses and Select Group, following on from Six Senses Residences The Palm, Dubai. This residential development will also be home to Six Senses Place, which will launch the United Arab Emirates’ first wellness and social club, setting a new standard in residential wellness.
Architecture and design focused on wellbeing
The project’s design has been entrusted to WSP Middle East, with the aim of incorporating 251 diverse residential units. From duplexes to sky-high mansions, each space promises to foster sustainability, wellbeing and happiness, with the aim of achieving LEED Silver certification.
Statements by senior management
«Having had the opportunity to bring our first project on The Palm to life with Select Group, this residential community is the next step in attracting Dubai’s wellness-conscious community,» said Neil Jacobs, CEO of Six Senses. «As a pioneer in the residential wellness market, I am excited by the breadth of wellness offerings integrated into the masterplan, as we shift our focus from places where people would like to stay to places that nurture the way they want to live.»
Rahail Aslam, CEO of Select Group, added: «Building on the award-winning success of Six Senses Residences The Palm, Dubai, and given our unwavering commitment to delivering cutting-edge developments, we are confident that our collaboration with Six Senses will offer a distinctive value proposition unlike any other at Dubai Marina.
The benefits for residents
Future residents will enjoy unique amenities such as the ‘Sleep With Six Senses’ features for optimal sleep, as well as elements inspired by biophilia and feng shui. Options to personalise living spaces will be available, including wellness facilities and sensory art installations.
First-Class Facilities
The complex will offer facilities spread over four floors, with more than 61,250 square feet dedicated to a longevity centre, a state-of-the-art gym, cryotherapy rooms, a crystal sound healing room and a spa equipped for hydrotherapy. A Skydeck on the 109th floor will feature a 25-metre swimming pool, offering residents breathtaking views and unique experiences.
The development also promises enriching communal spaces, including a games room and a cinema, and access to Six Senses Place on the Palm via a short boat ride, thereby reinforcing Six Senses’ exceptional offering of wellness and luxury in Dubai.
