The the last two months of 2025 are set to be particularly lively at the United Arab Emirates, with regulatory changes, major cultural events, eagerly awaited openings and national celebrations. - Global Village, which opened on 15 October, is celebrating its 30th season with over 90 pavilions, 3,500 shops and daily shows.
- Dubai Garden Glow, at Zabeel Park, is reopening with new light installations and a completely revamped “Magic Park” section.
- Ripe Market, Dubai Miracle Garden and Dubai Safari Park are also open to the public, marking the return of these much-loved outdoor activities.

An exceptional programme of cultural events

Some discounts of up to 90 %, some raffles, some fireworks and some international concerts will be performing at the city’s largest shopping centres, including the Dubai Mall, the Mall of the Emirates and City Centre Deira.
The DSF represents a major economic driver, attracting millions of visitors every winter. It also epitomises Dubai’s ability to transform shopping into a cultural and tourist experience in its own right.
Public holidays and extended school holidays
The schedule for November and December will also feature several public holidays and school holidays :
- Flag Day, celebrated on 3 November, a symbol of national unity.
- National Day, the 2 and 3 December, with celebrations taking place across the country: parades, concerts, drone shows and light displays.
- Winter holidays : state and private schools will benefit from a extended break from 8 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, that is, four full weeks.
