Founder of DRN Real Estate
Mounir Redjdal is an entrepreneur, investor, and founder of DRN Dubai Real Estate, a real estate agency dedicated to French-speaking investors. Based in Dubai since 2017, he has built his business in the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets.
His career as an investor began more than 15 years ago in the Middle East, where he developed a deep understanding of market cycles, financing mechanisms, and strategies for rental profitability. This hands-on experience now informs every piece of advice he provides.
As head of DRN, he built an agency that surpassed €100 million in transactions as early as 2021 and has assisted hundreds of international investors in purchasing, arbitraging, and managing their properties. His approach is based on data, transparency, and a long-term vision—a far cry from the industry’s sales pitches.
