Spanning over 51 million square meters, or 53.8% of Abu Dhabi Island’s surface area, Hudayriyat island will revolutionize the UAE capital’s tourist appeal, particularly in terms of adventure and sporting activities.

It will feature a 220-kilometer network of bicycle paths and the emirate’s largest urban park, among other exceptional features.

The island will be home to the largest urban park in the United Arab Emirates, covering more than 2.25 million square meters, with facilities for solo adventure and collective outdoor activities.

The site will also include a mangrove walk, an ecotourism center, an elevated bike path, an ecological farming zone, restaurants, bars, playgrounds and an events valley. The Palm Jebel Ali project, which will be twice the size of Palm Jumeirah, has been given the green light. This will undoubtedly transform Dubai’s coastline. Palm Jumeirah’s imposing size makes it one of the few structures visible from space.

The most recent project in Sharjah is Maryam island, which is being built simultaneously with Dubai’s Al Mamzar district. Spanning 3.3 million square feet, the complex will house 38 residential buildings with over 35,000 units.

It will feature a 900-meter seafront promenade, fitness centers, children’s and adult swimming pools, an indoor garden, a 4,000-square-meter park, jogging tracks, basketball courts and a children’s playground.
